I help empathetic millennial women (all ages welcome!) who, like me, are ready to break free from the cycles of trauma, illness, and self-sabotage. Together, we create space for healing and empower you to step into the life you’ve always known you were capable of—and truly deserve.
It still blows my mind that I am now living a life I once thought was out of reach. I no longer live in survival mode, planning my days around trauma, chronic illness, or the constant search for relief. My career, finances, relationships, and sense of self have all transformed into what I always deserved—rooted in stability, fulfillment, and joy.
After years of struggle, I’ve finally built a life that aligns with my values—a life where I am authentically me, with meaningful relationships, building my dream business, and experiencing freedom, joy, and ease. But this wasn’t always my reality.
I spent over two decades in survival mode, burdened by the weight of generational trauma and chronic illness. These struggles seeped into every area of my life—from finances and career to relationships and self-worth. The symptoms felt endless, and just as I’d make some progress, I’d hit rock bottom again. Each time felt harder than the last. I poured tens of thousands of dollars into treatments, therapies, and personal development, desperate for relief and answers.
For years, it felt like I was clawing my way out of quicksand, barely able to imagine a life free from struggle. But little by little, the work began to pay off.
Through tools like Nervous System Regulation, Compassionate Inquiry, and a deep commitment to authenticity, I made subtle but powerful shifts. Each boundary I set, every technique I practiced, and each moment I chose to live true to myself led to real change. Gradually, I saw these shifts take root—more balance in my health, stronger relationships, and a sense of purpose that fueled me.
